A beautiful, large Flower Box filled with long-life roses! Long-life roses, also known as eternity roses, are true roses that last at least a year. The best part about these roses? No maintenance! You don't need to water or care for them.

TIPS FOR YOUR TEXT:
• Your choice of font(s) determines how many characters you can type
• The best combination is to combine an elegant font (1 to 9) with a sleek font (10 to 15)
• Do not use caps lock for entire words/sentences. This will quickly look very busy and cluttered.
• Check your text for spelling errors
When entering the text, please note that the text will be placed on a card. Or possibly a ribbon if this is chosen.

MAINTENANCE

Preserved roses do not need water and only need to be dusted occasionally. With proper maintenance, the roses can last for years.

The roses come with a card containing tips to ensure that your roses stay beautiful for as long as possible.

Do I receive an invoice with the delivery?

No, invoices are only sent to your email address.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Delivery at specific times frames

Postal delivery: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass on your wishes in advance regarding delivery times. PostNL/DHL often offers the possibility to change the time slot. We advise you to keep an eye on this via Track & Trace.

Personal delivery: Desired delivery times can only be communicated when the order is placed at least one week in advance. This can be mentioned in the notes (no evening delivery possible).

Orders are made and shipped within 2 business days after you have placed the order. After this, PostNL has delivered the order within 1 to 2 days. Unless another desired delivery date has been chosen.

Personal delivery (mo-fri): On the day of delivery, an email will be sent in the morning before 11:00 with a time slot in which we will deliver the product. Delivery is from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays, unless otherwise stated. Is the recipient not at home? Then we will try to deliver it to the neighbors. The recipient will then receive a card in the mailbox where he/she can pick it up. Products are delivered without box, protective film, etc. This can be ordered for an additional fee. If you want to make use of this, please send an email to info@atelierblancamsterdam.com.

Saturday delivery with PostNL*:: For deliveries on Saturday, this will be delivered by PostNL. The package will be offered to PostNL on Friday (unless it is a holiday).

*Attention: Orders will not be delivered on Sundays and holidays.
**Occasionally it can happen that the postal services do not have sufficient capacity to deliver the order on the desired delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the delivery of the postal services and hope for your understanding on this.
