“Surprise Me” Flower Balloon Medium

You would like to give a Flower Balloon as a gift, but you prefer to outsource everything? Or you have not yet seen the right color combination of flowers among the other Flower Balloons? No problem! Based on your description, we will create something that suits the recipient or occasion.

The Suprise Me Flower Balloon contains a balloon filled with flowers (dried and/or silk flowers), on a layer of tissue paper, on a round box and finished with a satin ribbon and personalized text on the balloon.

How does it work?

Above we ask a number of essential questions that you can answer as extensively as you want. Based on this we will make a beautiful gift. The following points are asked;

What you would like to see in terms of colours, style and type of flowers. You can also indicate for which occasion this is.
The text you want to put on the balloon (35 characters applies to this format)
In addition, you can also choose to replace a standard round box with a velvet box. You can also replace the standard satin ribbon with a special ribbon!

When the balloon is shipped, we will email you a photo of the result!

Attention!

We only process flowers in the balloon without gold/silver/cuddly toys etc. Would you like to have something of this added? Then add it! Under the main menu "Add ons” in the main menu you can find various additions to make your balloon more special!
The balloon contains a standard number of flowers. For this balloon we use between 5-7 flowers max. (depending on the size of the flower). If you want more added, you can do this by purchasing extra flowers via the main menu "Add ons" in the menu.

MAINTENANCE

Dependent on how well the balloon is taken care of, it will stay in good shape for 1 month and this can go up to several months.

Tip: Upon receipt, unpack the balloon immediately and place it at room temperature, out of reach of children, cold and heat sources and sharp objects.

The balloon comes with a card with tips to ensure that your balloon stays beautiful for as long as possible.

Do I receive an invoice with the delivery?

No, invoices are only sent to your email address.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Delivery at specific times frames

Postal delivery: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass on your wishes in advance regarding delivery times. PostNL/DHL often offers the possibility to change the time slot. We advise you to keep an eye on this via Track & Trace.

Personal delivery: Desired delivery times can only be communicated when the order is placed at least one week in advance. This can be mentioned in the notes (no evening delivery possible).

Personal delivery (mo-fri): On the day of delivery, an email will be sent in the morning before 11:00 with a time slot in which we will deliver the product. Delivery is from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays, unless otherwise stated. Is the recipient not at home? Then we will try to deliver it to the neighbors. The recipient will then receive a card in the mailbox where he/she can pick it up. Products are delivered without box, protective film, etc. This can be ordered for an additional fee. Saturday delivery with PostNL*:: For deliveries on Saturday, this will be delivered by PostNL. The package will be offered to PostNL on Friday (unless it is a holiday).

Can I pickup my order?

Atelier Blanc is an online webshop. Unfortunately, you can't just come in to shop.

Picking up your order is possible and is only by appointment (Mon-Fri, during office hours). We are located in Amsterdam (Oud Zuid). To make an appointment, we would like to ask you to send an email (info@atelierblancamsterdam.com) with a number of days and times when you can pick it up + what you would like to order. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Please do not place your order until an appointment has been made.

Please note: Products that are picked up are given without a box, protective film, etc. Would you still like a box, protective film, etc. around it? This can be ordered for an additional fee. If you want to make use of this, please mention this in the email.
