TIPS FOR YOUR TEXT:
• Your choice of font(s) determines how many characters you can type
• The best combination is to combine an elegant font (1 to 9) with a sleek font (10 to 15)
• Do not use caps lock for entire words/sentences. This will quickly look very busy and cluttered.
• Check your text for spelling errors
When inserting the text, please bear in mind that this will be placed on the balloon. You can choose for 1 or 2 different font type(s) and we will place this as beautiful as possible on the balloon.

MAINTENANCE
Afhankelijk hoe ermee wordt omgegaan, blijft deze 7 dagen zweven. De ballon bevat helium, helium is lichter dan lucht en krimpt hierdoor sneller dan ballonnen die gevuld zijn met lucht. Hierdoor kunnen teksten op de ballon kreukelen. Deze kan je gemakkelijk weer gladstrijken.

Hoewel de ballon steviger is dan de reguliere ballonnen, zal deze toch reageren zoals een ballon. Zet de ballon daarom altijd in een ruimte op kamertemperatuur, weg van direct zonlicht. Wanneer de ballon tentoon wordt gesteld aan warmte/kou verschillen, zal dit de ballon laten krimpen. Houd de ballon hiernaast uit de buurt van scherpe objecten, hitte/vuur bronnen en kinderen.

Can I choose the delivery date?

De bezorgdatum kan op het eind, voordat je gaat afrekenen, ingevoerd worden.

There may be several reasons why a desired delivery date cannot be selected:

Delivery at specific times frames

Postal delivery: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass on your wishes in advance regarding delivery times. PostNL/DHL often offers the possibility to change the time slot. We advise you to keep an eye on this via Track & Trace.

Personal delivery: Desired delivery times can only be communicated when the order is placed at least one week in advance. This can be mentioned in the notes (no evening delivery possible).

Orders are made and shipped within 2 business days after you have placed the order. After this, PostNL has delivered the order within 1 to 2 days. Unless another desired delivery date has been chosen.

Personal delivery (mo-fri): On the day of delivery, an email will be sent in the morning before 11:00 with a time slot in which we will deliver the product. Delivery is from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays, unless otherwise stated. Is the recipient not at home? Then we will try to deliver it to the neighbors. The recipient will then receive a card in the mailbox where he/she can pick it up. Products are delivered without box, protective film, etc. This can be ordered for an additional fee. If you want to make use of this, please send an email to info@atelierblancamsterdam.com.

Saturday delivery with PostNL*:: For deliveries on Saturday, this will be delivered by PostNL. The package will be offered to PostNL on Friday (unless it is a holiday).

*Attention: Orders will not be delivered on Sundays and holidays.
**Occasionally it can happen that the postal services do not have sufficient capacity to deliver the order on the desired delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the delivery of the postal services and hope for your understanding on this.

Can I pickup my order?

Atelier Blanc is an online webshop. Unfortunately, you can't just come in to shop.

Picking up your order is possible and is only by appointment (Mon-Fri, during office hours). We are located in Amsterdam (Oud Zuid). To make an appointment, we would like to ask you to send an email (info@atelierblancamsterdam.com) with a number of days and times when you can pick it up + what you would like to order. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Please do not place your order until an appointment has been made.

Please note: Products that are picked up are given without a box, protective film, etc. Would you still like a box, protective film, etc. around it? This can be ordered for an additional fee. If you want to make use of this, please mention this in the email.
