De Suprise Me Flower Box bevat een met bloemen(droog- en of zijdebloemen) gevulde doos, deze doos bevat onze standaard logo of een strik met onze gouden embleem op een ronde doos en afgemaakt met een kaart & jouw persoonlijke tekst!

HOE WERKT HET?
Above we ask a number of essential questions that you can answer as extensively as you want. Based on this we will make a beautiful gift. The following points are asked;
• Wat je graag terug wilt zien qua kleuren, stijl en soort bloemen. Daarnaast kan je ook aangeven voor welk gelegenheid dit is.
• De tekst die je kwijt wilt op de kaart (voor dit formaat geldt 55 tekens)
• Daarnaast kan je ook ervoor kiezen om in plaats van een standaard ronde doos, dit te vervangen voor een ronde doos met strik en onze ronde Atelier Blanc embleem.
• Other relevant details
Wanneer de box wordt verstuurd, zullen wij jou per email een foto sturen met het resultaat!
Attention!
• Wij verwerken alleen bloemen in de doos zonder goud/zilver/knuffels etc. Wil je graag iets hiervan toegevoegd hebben? Voeg deze dan toe! Onder het kopje “Add ons” in het hoofdmenu kan je diverse toevoegingen vinden om jouw box specialer te maken!
• De box bevat een standaard aantal bloemen. Voor deze box gebruiken wij tussen de 10-15 bloemen max. (afhankelijk van de grote van de bloem). Mocht je meer toegevoegd willen hebben, kan dit door extra volume toe te voegen.
MAINTENANCE
The Flower Box consists of artificial flowers and will therefore remain beautiful for a long time. Please note that if the flowers are left in the sun (too) long, their colors may change/fade.

Do I receive an invoice with the delivery?
No, invoices are only sent to your email address.
Can I choose the delivery date?
De bezorgdatum kan op het eind, voordat je gaat afrekenen, ingevoerd worden.
Helaas kan er geen gewenste tijdstip worden gekozen worden.
Desired delivery date not available
There may be several reasons why a desired delivery date cannot be selected:
- we are fully booked or closed for this date(s)*
- no deliveries possible on sundays
- no delivery possible on holidays

Delivery at specific times frames
Postal delivery: Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass on your wishes in advance regarding delivery times. PostNL/DHL often offers the possibility to change the time slot. We advise you to keep an eye on this via Track & Trace.
Personal delivery: Desired delivery times can only be communicated when the order is placed at least one week in advance. This can be mentioned in the notes (no evening delivery possible).

Orders are made and shipped within 2 business days after you have placed the order. After this, PostNL has delivered the order within 1 to 2 days. Unless another desired delivery date has been chosen.
Personal delivery (mo-fri): On the day of delivery, an email will be sent in the morning before 11:00 with a time slot in which we will deliver the product. Delivery is from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays, unless otherwise stated. Is the recipient not at home? Then we will try to deliver it to the neighbors. The recipient will then receive a card in the mailbox where he/she can pick it up. Products are delivered without box, protective film, etc. This can be ordered for an additional fee. If you want to make use of this, please send an email to info@atelierblancamsterdam.com.
Saturday delivery with PostNL*:: For deliveries on Saturday, this will be delivered by PostNL. The package will be offered to PostNL on Friday (unless it is a holiday).

Is the recipient not at home? Then PostNL/DHL will most likely send it directly to a collection point. Nowadays, the recipient will no longer receive a note. Make sure you inform the recipient, so that he/she knows that a gift is ready at a collection point.
