FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our products are handmade with great care and love. This means that every product that leaves our studio can have a small difference than our example photo. This makes, besides the personalization, every product unique!

Consider, for example, color differences. We take our photos in daylight. Colors can differ per screen and colors can turn out differently if you unpack your product in the evening.

There may also be a difference if you order a product that contains dried or preserved flowers/plants. Since these are natural products, there may be differences in size or color. We always try to limit this as much as possible by carrying out a strict selection during purchasing. If the flower/plant is smaller than our example photo, we will make it up by adding more of this flower/plant.

Finally, it may be that one specific flower/plant is out of stock, which means we have to replace it with an equivalent flower/plant. We try to keep the difference minimal, but always in line with the colour palette that has been chosen.
